“I don’t like getting into biblical stuff and this is a difficult one. But I believe even eating that way can be unhealthy because the body still needs certain amount of proteins. And even though it outlines the food that should be eaten, it does not say how much of it is required,” Mr Khan said.
The Sleeping Beauty Diet Methods
At least the tapeworm diet which I deemed the most ridiculous out of the five has more logic than this one. And the only thing required in this diet is sleep. You can’t eat while you sleep. So naturally, if you sedate yourself for days and neglect to eat as a result this starvation diet may actually work..
You should never starve yourself. Your body needs all of the nutrients it can get. When a person starves themselves this put pressures on the organs. This is why this diet won’t work simply because the only way to lose weight you must burn more calories than you take in.
The only tried and true method of weight loss is for one to burn more calories than they take in. And these extreme diets are only quick fixers to weight problems. While they may work, they only work for the short term and the moment you come off the diet you begin to put on two times the weight you had before.
